Ice Howl

This incantation dates back to an age long past, when werewolves and vampires were not yet bound by the Treaty but had already felt the punishing hand of the human Inquisition. Solitary vampires, sensing the onset of the Thirst, would prowl the outskirts of settlements, howling like wolves on cold nights. Terrified villagers, paralyzed with fear, could offer no resistance, while rumors of a pack spread through the countryside. By day, the brave would venture into the woods to hunt the beasts—but by night, the vampire would come for the hunters.
